Entering college can be both exciting and traumatic. Accompanying the newfound sense of freedom can be a new realization of the importance of achieving, with the dark specter of the coming demands of self-sufficiency looming perpetually in the periphery. Whether you are a student who is aspiring to a technical or scientific vocation, or a student of the humanities who needs only to complete core curriculum requirements, poor performance in mathematics can be academically devastating.

While in college, I spent four years tutoring my peers, both graduate and undergraduate students, who returned to me from semester to semester because of their consistent improvements in performance when they sought my help. Many of my students came from troubled economic backgrounds, and had come to college from schools that had left them ill-equipped for the demands of university mathematics.

If you are a college student who needs immediate help to pass the classes to meet the mathematics requirements for a degree program, be you young or a returning adult student, I can walk you through your class work, provide you with needed insight, and fill in the gaps in your mathematical knowledge that are holding you back.

If you require help with a class not listed anywhere on this site, contact me because I may still be able to help you. I can also help you improve on the Quantitative section of the General GRE test if you aspire to graduate school. .
